Is Arrington starting?

I know there were some issues before the season, and some speculation on wether he'd just come in on passing downs due to his knee (?).

If he is starting, I say run right at him, I fear Washington more than arrington, and Arrington is a lot like ware at this stage, he has a hard time keeping containment.
