Is Flozell back on the pup list?

Sounds suspicious to me. Though possible- they are being VERY carefull with him.

You cannot go back on the PUP list. Once you are on the active roster in training camp, you are ineligible for the PUP list.

PUP list is for guys that come to camp inujured. Since he has practiced he is not eligible
