Is it fair to say, Dallas didn't study film enough on niners?

.. I was watching, Hanging with the boys Podcast, last week. Nate made a VERY interesting comment.

He said, in the playoffs, especially against the Niners. The defense and offense coaches would burn midnight oil, late into night studying film.

This, I imagined, probably happened 2 or 3 days out of the week.

I dont think Dallas coaches treat any game like this. I could be wrong though.

If anyone knows further, please post.

YUP AND they did, on the one INT, they read the SLANT coming, DAK throws it right to them. That's the texas coast offense, this is what we do all the time. Smart teams should play up close often against us

It's more likely that the 49ers just the better team right now. Try not to overthink this and make up excuses.

it's clear they had no counter to the man coverage.

I think the book is out on Dak. He almost never scans back across the field. If he turns one direction, your entire defense can flow that way because 99% of the time that's where he's going with it.

Dak just does not have the mental acuity to scan the D and adjust after the ball is snapped. He is a 1-2 read QB who is not frightened to run it seems. And, with his lack of ball placement skills, I really wonder if a timing based west coast offense is the right approach.

That's just the difference between the two teams. Night and day.

We can't score on them. The offense has been putrid 3 consecutive games against them now.

Didn't they claim they were prepared? How on earth can you prepare if you didn't study film? Sad...

All the study in the world isn't gonna get Dez Bryant to pass grade 10 math and all the study in the world isn't gonna make us as good as the niners.

They studied the niners flipped the script and the Cowboys couldn't adjust, we thought they would play man in situations and they played zone so to speak..it was truly a coordinator undressing on both sides...

The game was the very definition of being outclasssed. Nothing more to it. The sad part is, losing by 32 points and it literally wasnt nearly that close.

I am just thankful Brandon Aubrey watched film. He was the only player (or coach) who performed well the entire game.

That said. I hope they kick Aubrey out of the film room next time. What the heck are KICKERS watching film for anyway?

..the irony, we did better with KM in there. Stayed in the game previous two.

This game was so lopsided, it makes for scratching your head.

Lol. This game was another team loss. Played the same way. No sense of urgency or heart. All the games we won we beat the team up, didn’t matter who the players was we showed no fear. Even Parsons said after the niners game that they were not prepared. It showed. They used the same scheme they always use on us. Run and throw at Parsons. We had no pressure on purdy. If we got close he would throw it right over Parsons to a wide open player.

San Francisco could have easily added a 50-burger. Miami would have handed over a 60-burger to go.

Do you all realize that CM rushed for 51 yards, and Deebo was invisible? Deebo had 1 catch for over 40. We contained their 2 biggest threats and still got destroyed.....I am actually more sad now than I was
