I believe he's been there once as a starter and another time as an alternate during his 8 year career. I could be wrong though....

he's a pro bowler alright... he sure knows how to pack those bowls and make a quick $5 off selling them

riight. I think he is a solid stop gap, but we still need to find someone who can be the future at RT.

I think he was back in the early 70's :D

He's probably in a bowling league with really ugly shirtsas opposed to a pro bowler with really ugly shirts.

The Pro Bowl is nothing more than a popularity/reputation contest anyway....because there's no way Michael Vick would have been invited there once if it wasn't.

Probowler or not, Fabini is a major upgrade over Petitti.

Fabini is not what I'd call all pro/pro bowl caliber. I'd say he's a solid starter.

Did some research on Fabini. How about this interesting tidbit?

My favorite NFL team as a child was:

Cowboys

I don't think he has ever been in the Pro Bowl, but Curtis Martin has certainly racked up some yards behind him.

I'm still amazed that people are critical of this signing. The guy signed for a little bit of nothing. He is a definite upgrade over Petitti and even if a guy is drafted, he is terrific depth on both sides.

Outside of TO, Fabini might end up being the most valuable signing of the offseason.

Good post I agree. And if thats you in your avatar then I agree even more.

Pro bowler or not, we won't have to line Keyshawn up inside to help him block.

*badump ching*

I'm not sure if he is a pro-bowler, but I'd rather have him than Torrin "Terrible" Tucker... Even if we draft an OT, Fabini should be a solid starter until the rookie is ready to take over, and he is also depth in the event of a catastrophic injury like last year. And don't give up Petitti just yet... though I doubt he will start this season, I expect him to be much improved and ready in case he has to step in and play. He had some tough lessons to learn against some of the best DE's in the league. Now he knows what to expect and can better prepare himself.

Its Cory Procter. Backup guard that Dallas signed off the Lions practice squad last year.

I'm not exactly prototypical NFL size. :D

I sure hope he helps our offensive line......don't see how he cannot help!
