I’m looking at a scenario like this: Chargers spent big this off season and don’t have any huge glaring holes. They also lack a 2nd round pick. They will need to draft well and often to maintain their roster with Herbert’s contract looming…


Cowboys- 24, 56, 129, and 176= 1142.4
Chargers- 17 and 79 = 1145

Cowboys new picks= 17, 79, 88, 155, 167, 178, and 193

Still no need for 3 5ths so we package 2 for a 4th to get a player between 88 and 155.

Trade 155 and 178 for 127

Final picks=
17-
79-
88-
127-
178-
193-

I would give our first and second round picks for Cross if makes it to 13.

Seems a bit steep. In some mocks is is late first round and in some not in first round

I don't think there's anyone worth trading up a little for. I'd rather have more early 2nd round picks.

DAL. - 24 and 56 = 1080 For......
NYJ - 35 and 38 = 1070

Or the same thing for Seattle's 40, 41, and 109.

Only guy I would trade up for would be Kayvon Thibodeaux if he starts falling outside the top ten.

Probably just Cross for me, but not giving up more then a 3rd to do so.

Cross would be the only guy I would consider making a small jump for. And I can’t see him dropping that far to make that feasible.
