Is there enough money to get Wagner, D-Hop, and sign our big 3 next season?

With everything that has been done in the last two days, realistically is there enough money to get Wagner, D-Hop, and sign our big 3 next season?

Just to sign the rookie class will cost 8.5 million. OTC has Dallas at 13.8 million and Spotrac is at 16.8 million. Do the math.

Absolutely it’s possible. But it’s not something this team would do

As much as I would like Wagner I think bringing LVE back killed that. We could use a legit WR with some experience though. Giving up our #1 for Jeudy would fit the bill. If it's a free agent DJ Chark would be my choice

Is that 13.8 or 16.8 including Zeke's money now? If not that would certainly take care of the rookie contracts after June 1st.

You won't get a simple answer because it depends on how willing Dallas is to kick the can down the road, and spend future money on today's needs.

Some fans here have no problem going bonkers with the credit card.

Rookie class will only take up about $3 to $4 million in cap space. OTC has $13.8 million but that doesn’t include the money saved by restructuring Tyron Smith. That will probably give us about $9 million more in cap space bringing the total to $22.8 million. Also we get another $10.9 million on June 1st when we get credit for Zeke’s June 1st release. OTC can’t add in the Zeke figures until June 1 and they are not reporting Tyron’s restructure yet because the details have not been released.

So after rookies are signed we will be left with $29-$30 million. That being said, I am sure they plan to roll some of that into next year because we have to something with Diggs and Lamb.

Our first for Jeudy?
Are you a Bronco fan?
He's been fairly underwhelming his first 3 years.
Why not draft a WR and control him for 5 years, as oppsed to Jeudy who will be looking for a new deal soon?

Who is the 3rd? Way too early for Micah. With the 5th year option he’s signed through 2025.

Jeudy will be a 2 year rental- can’t give up a 1st for that.

It’s like $3M less than that from a cap perspective due to top 51 rule

on your numbers you need to add the Smith restructure to the current $17M in cap space which is expected to add a lot. This team has plenty of cap space to do what they want. Remember 1st year or free agent contracts and restructures is always the lowest

Zeke’s money is going to be used to pay draft picks and carry some cap space into the season
It’s a bit hard to predict exactly how much cap to allocate to draft picks, but it will cost $8.5M for all the draft picks according to Spotrac (considering they all make the 53). In order for them to all make the 53, several guys currently under contract and counting against our cap will have to be released, which offsets some of that. The net effect of that is an addition of about $5M cap dollars.
