Is there something in McDonalds food that drives people crazy?

It seems every week there's another story or video about some type of crazy outburst or violence at McDonalds, what are they putting in their food? Here's the latest:

it was around 3 AM and the restaurant had already switched over to its breakfast menu--hash browns, Egg McMuffins, hotcakes, and the like.
