It isnt that cut and dry. Yes its gonna help get him a sweeter deal in Colorado if he so chooses to stay, BUT at the same time, this Deion to Dallas thing IS REAL. He is seriously talking to Jerry and its not JUST a ploy. Jerry knows his days above ground are numbered, as all of ours are, so you bet Jerry is getting very desperate to see if he can hire "a cheat code" HC in order to leap frog the Eagles and others to get another ring within the next 3-4 years. Jerry was thru with MM and we knew this last offseason and I think Deion was on his mind back then. I wouldn't be shocked at all if he and Deion talked often about this job way before now. In the end, I think Deion will stay but Deion and Jerry are both unconventional. You never know. One thing I will say, Deion can coach his tail off. Hes old-school too. If we can get the team to buy in, we have a chance but it will depend on the staff Deion assembles. Another guy I like is Anthony Lynn. Keep an eye on him.

It is. Deion is looking for more NIL money and a fat raise. I can’t imagine him taking Jerry and Stephen’s honest offer. Deion is about his money.

The priority is cleary Kellen, who will cost them about 15 million less dollars, hold Dak's hand, and plus be fine with the slow dismantling of the roster.
