The Cowboys needs a new front office that can properly evaluate and nurture talent.

It has been almost 30 years since Dallas last made it to the NFCCG. That’s really sad.

I did not expect Dallas to win tonight but that was ugly. Dallas needs to rebuild and start over again.

It’s the culture making the talent soft and stop working as hard

Tanking in pro sports is a reality and one of the best ways to get game breaking talent (in our case a franchise QB) to build around but the individuals in charge need to have an iota of vision to make it happen. I'm sure Jerry will stick with his 40M fraud though, he obviously knows better.
