3. The team he leaves behind is a monster defensive team.
4. Jerry appears to have weaned himself from taking Aikman's advice. (Great player, so-so announcer, no great shakes as an evaluator of talent)
5. WP has a 48-48 record as a head coach. Hmmm. WP's record is certainly better than Norval's below-.500 record.
