It's clear because he has said it himself many times

Jerry doesn't value his money either. He is pissing off money paying Dez and Witten.

Not really though, he is making money big time owning the Cowboys. He knew what he was doing marketing our team when he bought it back in the late 80s. He seems like he is all about winning, but to be honest with our LONG drought of losing, he is all about money. He only wants to win if he is the reason for it. I love Jerry as an owner, but I hate him as a GM, I just wish he would get his head out of his butt and realize he needs to step aside and leave the GM duties strictly to Will.

The irony of the fact that if Jones would step back and hire a football guys as GM who would hire a football guy to be HC and pick his own staff, the team would win more and would be WAY more profitable...Jones is so old that he doesn't get that social media is huge to kids these days and those kids will be the ones NOT lining his pockets in the future as they become fans of other teams....
....Jones and his narcissism are the real issue to this team's success

Absolutely correct. In fact, Jerry made the claim after Jimmy Johnsons second super bowl win that "anyone can coach this team". His hiring of Switzer who had been retired for 7 years was his way of proving it and rubbing it in. Jerry has never respected what a great HC brings to the table.

Unfortunately for us Jones will never again hire a REAL head coach and allow him to bring in his own asst. coaches because it would mean that Jones has to take a step back and allow the head coach to actually TAKE CONTROL and DO HIS JOB his own way and perhaps make this a better team without Jones getting the credit, because lets face it, it has been proven that he'd rather lose doing it HIS WAY than WIN with someone else getting the props.

Big mistake winning that last Superbowl. Now Jerry thinks any of 500 coaches can coach this team.
