Jaydon Blue is the fastest offensive player we drafted this century

Imo the cowboys should start mafah and blue for the entire season baring any injury. Leave williams as depth at 3rd incase injury. Live and die by it. Clean slate at the Running Back position.

I mean if the cowboys were going to struggle at the position anyway you might as well start the young pups at 1 and 2.

Id rather that than anything with Williams and sanders starting

Randall Williams had blinding speed; unfortunately that was all he had
not sure what his time was but football speed was FAST

He is also the same size as Gibbs from the lions.

This is what I’m hoping for.

If he can just be 80% of the player Gibbs is then we got a steal.

Same skill set, size, and everything.

Only difference to me is Gibbs vision is a tad better and he’s a tad more elusive.

Blue probably has more speed which is crazy.

Blue might be a tad more physical running too.

They are very comparable.

Javonte Williams is pretty good. I’d be shocked if Mafah knocks him off the roster.

They should start whoever performs the best. It they Williams or Sanders so be it.

I don't think it's likely. I think when it sorts out, it will probably be Williams, Blue and Mafah on the roster and Deuce on the practice squad. I think Sanders is likely done.

Sanders hit the wall the last two years, dropping to 3.3 and 3.7 YPC. We could blame it on Carolina's line but Chuba Hubbard rushed for 4.8 behind that same line last year.

Williams wasn't much better (3.8 and 3.7), but Williams is going into just his fifth year and has much less wear and tear on him. Sure, he seems to be slow recovering from an ACL, but he's two years removed.

Ran a 4.38 with a groin tear at the combine. Ran a 4.25 at his pro day. Really excited to see him healthy.
Ah ok that explains the difference. I thought it was a favorable watch at the pro day. Was not aware of the injury at the combine.
