Jacoby is probably to the Ravens fans what Alvin Harper was for us Cowboy fans. Wasn't the best player or HOFer but made many clutch players during a Super Bowl run.

He died in his sleep if reports are true. Guessing a cardiac event if so…….terrible news either way

I would be beyond stunned if there weren’t drugs in his system.

I run a hospital laboratory, and I see this ALL the time. The majority of people in the hospital or who had an autopsy (especially the vast majority of younger individuals less than 60) had something foreign in their body that didn’t need to be there.

Most don’t. As someone that almost died at 30 in 2000 from viral myocarditis from a flu bug it’s hard to explain to people that there are more of these things happening from sickness than they’d like to believe. A family friend of ours died right after I got mine and my nephew had a similar issue at birth with an infection. We live in an age with more details as to people dying.
