Yeah. I don't put much stock in what this guy says. He's kind of a clown (in fairness, he's also 14-3 so it seems like he can coach a bit). He's completely aware of PR and playing to his fanbase. He lets on that Hurts is more hurt than he is, he also went on about how Hurts asked to come in on his off day to work. And now the fanbase is talking about what a warrior Hurts is and how dedicated Hurts is. Sirianni is as much a PR man as he is a HC.

He gave his team two days off. The first off day Hurts went to the team facilities and started watching game film on all four teams they could meet in the next round. Either Hurts is not too badly hurt, or he wants to win so much that he doesn’t give a **** about pain.

Clinically, I guarantee he is still hurting. He probably made it worse to be honest. If you look at statistically Hurts was what 50% ish completion rate on 35 attempts, 230 yards and an INT? Alot of attempts on a hurt shoulder. Thing is you can't medically give him another steroid round for a while. Steroid injection for ortho injuries take 3 months for another round due to it degrading the tissue in the body. So yeah, I believe him. He should be hurting still in 2 weeks.

I'm more worried about Tampa than Philly

What exactly is it, have they ever said, if it’s an AC joint sprain it will be about 6 weeks!

He probably went in on his day off to get medical treatment from the teams training staff.
The film study was a ruse.

It is an SC joint sprain from what I've read, the joint of the clavicle that attaches at the sternum.

I know Hurts had an injury.

But if there is a quarterback that is not hurting and sore this time of year than he hasn't been playing.

This is gamesmanship, trying to make Hurts look like a hero, or preconditioning excuses if Philly craps the bed after their bye.
