There was nobody bigger in the 70s and 80s.
The guys wanted to be him and the chicks wanted to be with him.

I always thought it was sad what he did to himself even if was a self inflicted.
Hope he is happy and content for however much time he has left.

Sad. It's one thing to lose a limb from a car accident or something. By doctor's diagnosis is a whole other horror.

Never watched Airwolf -- don't even remember it -- but I remember him from Big Wednesday. Surfing movie he made with fellow members of crazy town, Gary Busey and John Milius. Also with Greatest American Hero, William Katt beeeelieve it or not.
