First of all ,this isn't a high school forum but yes it's called recruitment, they do the same thing in college they recruit guys they give the best one's scholarships... that's the difference between a public and a private school they get their recruit who they sign versus public schools where they gotta just settle for the ones that happen to be living in their zip code...30k per year scholarships?
