First of all ,this isn't a high school forum but yes it's called recruitment, they do the same thing in college they recruit guys they give the best one's scholarships... that's the difference between a public and a private school they get their recruit who they sign versus public schools where they gotta just settle for the ones that happen to be living in their zip code...

Meh….they do it in public schools as well. You think all these good players actually live in Southlake? The CEO’s of Southlake give jobs to these kids parents and suddenly they live in “Southlake”.
