Apparently, Urlacher was trying to pick a fight with Bas Rutten a UFC Fighter.

He was at some night club and Bas Rutten was trying to go get a drink or something and he accidently stepped on his shoe. Brian was pissed off and got in Bas's face and wanted to fight him. Bas tried to apologize and offered to buy him a drink, but Urlacher said let's take this outside!

Someone else told Urlacher who Bas Rutten was, and he calmed down...then sat down and backed off.
