I'm confused as to how this accident occurred. Was the car driving and the barrier suddenly started to rise underneath? Was the vehicle parked over the hidden barrier, and then it started to rise? Was the driver unaware of where the rising barrier(s) are located?

The barrier ran up into the vehicle.

The vehicle, as was early reported, did *not* run into a barrier.

But how did this all happen?? Has that been explained somewhere??
