So Jerry blew up and threatened some media guys who asked him tough questions.
Jerry likes to be thought of as a football genius when he really is a marketing genius.
Win or lose the Cowboys are always on everyone’s lips and that’s all Jerry’s doing.
Heck he bought the team and brought in Jimmy as its coach and spent all types of money to make this team relevant. Once they won and were on the top of the heap, what does he do?
He lets Jimmy walk after an argument won another SB with Jimmys team and hasn’t tasted playoff success again.
However, his team is always in the news as is he the maestro conducting the orchestra.
I really wish that some of you realize this guy and his idiot son do not care about this team winning. All they care about is making money and we the fans are to blame.
We are the ones buying tickets, buying merchandise and caring about each and every game.
As I’ve said before… there are a few us who follow the team after a game by looking up the score.
Guess what? No more getting upset at things that will never change and I’m okay with that.
I’ve been called a hater, a non fan etc…
However, I am the one not affected by another loss, while some of you are trying to fix the team.
You will not fix anything as long as JJ owns the team!!! He doesn’t care!!!!
All he cares about is his bank account growing for him and his family.
You want to effect a change?
Stop following this team, buying merchandise, watching games etc…
Follow from a distance…
Cause when JJ starts losing money and his team is no longer on everyone’s lips.
Then you will see change.

Jerry hands out awful contracts to his current players. These contracts are so bad, the team can't overcome them in a cap era.
He literally held a hard line with Dak until the end of the summer to cave on literally everything and make Dak the highest paid NFL player with a full no trade clause. Literally, Jerry is a joke at these negotiations.
Remember when Zeke had his contract renegotiated 2 years early because he went to Cabo? That was years ago and $6 million of dead cap from that disaster is still hitting the team this year.

Or, since he showed he is sensitive to criticism, maybe instead of letting him rob us of our passion, maybe we can use that. We just need to ask our division rivals how to be as assertive with our team as they are with theirs.

In a dream scenario the Cowboys become so horrible that the Jones clan is somehow dismissed from the league and forced to sale.
Might be the only way that this old die hard has a chance to see another Championship.

It's a good movie, but the real military has a lot more respect for rank, especially in the Marine Corps and Navy. Air force is a different animal, though. I have witnessed E-2's calling O-7's and 8's by their first names. It's strange to me, but the Air force apparently doesn't have issue with it.

First you have to get them to admit their team building philosophy sucks. They actually believe in it.
His behavior is narcissistic. He thinks he's the smartest man in the room. This is a GM that decided to run it back this season with less. Expecting better results? That's not a sign of a smart man.
Not only that, the process they believe in, their team building philosophy puts them at a competitive disadvantage. It's exactly what I would do if I was playing a football sim and didn't want to take advantage of the AI. Be like Jerry.
