I think the NFL has decided that this is the Cowboys year.
The NFL Network seems to be hyping them pretty high. You'd think they already had the number one seed.
The Eagles were headed for a collapse; it was just a matter of time. That's why the NFL shuns the high school offense in which your quarterback is your leading rusher. When he gets hurt you lose your starting quarterback AND your leading rusher AND your offensive scheme.

Mara will enjoy sitting his team and watching Dallas play in futility.

It does seem wide open this season.

..if NYG has nothing to play. Why risk your players?

I mostly think like you, but I have a feeling Daboll is only going to rest a few guys who physically are hurting and can use the rest….like Leonard Williams, Adoree Jackson, Azeez Ojulari, and maybe Saquon a bit.

I expect NY to not rest everyone else unless we are getting blown out at halftime. I’m sure Hurts will be back and play so that should pick up their game. They miss his legs more than his arm.

I think the Giants will start out to win the game.

I agree….I would not be surprised to see EVERYONE starting, even the guys who are banged up. I hope I’m wrong and I hope we do not play several key banged up guys like LWilliams, AOjulari, and AJackson, but I think Daboll wants to show Philly we don’t fear you.

Once upon a time, the Giants played starters in a close loss to the perfect Patriots. Many believe that gave the Giants confidence headed into the postseason. It also gave them belief that the Patriots were not that much better than them.

I can't see them just handing a division to the Eagles. Philly may have to earn it.

But...if in the slight chance the Giants do rest starters, that is their right. We can't blame them. We had our opportunities against GB & Jax.
