Eventually in Groundhog Day, they got it right. They made adjustments from each day relived and made the appropriate changes. But can this team realize that, or be stuck for another 5 years.

I think some people believe that the coaching can overcome the front office...the same way that some thought Romo could hide a bad defense and bad run game. To some degree it works but never enough. Instead of actually fixing the problem, we use a band aid.
