For whatever it's worth, Kyler Murray is having a career year in his first season without Kliff Kingsbury.
Is he? Seems like Arizona is having a lot more success running the football this year than they are throwing it. I know his turnovers are down this year, but I would expect that from a guy going into year 6 vs the first few years of his career.

So Jerry has a woody for Kingsbury but not Deion?

That's the problem. Jerry can't judge coaches properly. You see it at all levels with this coaching staff, year after year, and it affects the team badly.

Deion simply will not work as a NFL Head Coach. Anyone watching him can see that
what you can get away with in college you cannot in the NFL

Ok. Please explain. I'm seriously curious to hear what you see wrong with Deion's college coaching style.

COLLEGE COACHING STYLE
does not work in the NFL
you need a lot more self discipline to be a top NFL coach then in college and he does not have it
Jimmy Johnson was a college coach who brought that coaching style to Dallas and helped the Cowboys win 3 Super Bowls during the 90s. Deion has a lot of self discipline while coaching the Colorado Buffaloes. What makes you believe he lacks coaching discipline?

Jimmy was a disciplinarian and control freak. That's not Deion.

Dallas doesn’t have a young QB . Whoever gets the HC job and I hope it’s an OC not a DC, going to have to watch miles of Prescott tape and build around a 32 yr old by next season QB who’s not mobile and prone to turnovers . A Dallas Kirk Cousins .

As soon as the Falcons fall out of contention they have to get Penix in the lineup they burned a high # 1 on him .

Check this out...

AI Overview:

Yes, Deion Sanders, the head coach of the Colorado Buffaloes, is known for his old-school, military-style approach to coaching that emphasizes discipline and accountability:

Command-and-control: Sanders uses a no-nonsense, command-and-control style to get results.

Accountability: Sanders is unapologetic about holding people accountable. For example, he once kicked his son, Shilo, off the team for arriving late to a meeting.

Charismatic: Sanders can get away with more severe coaching methods because he tends to charm everyone he meets.
Sanders' leadership style has been described as visionary and actionable. Some say that business leaders can learn from Sanders' approach to building a culture of respect and discipline.

Deion Sanders, Taylor makes clear, is not a players' coach, but an old-school disciplinarian. Once, he temporarily kicked his own son, Shilo, a safety (another of Sanders's children, Shedeur, is the star quarterback), off the team for showing up to a meeting insufficiently early. - Nov 11, 2023

If you are still in doubt about Deion "Coach Prime" being good enough to coach today's Dallas Cowboys, read this article. You won't be disappointed. It's a long and lengthy article, but very informative and well written. You will realize Coach Prime is exactly the type of coach (old school disciplinarian) today's Cowboys need and how his flare for the media would actually keep Jerry happily satisfied with more exposure and marketability while still able to old-school discipline this team (which this team direly needs).

Well that’s a PC statement once they get past the tour shaking hands he’s shown his office then the business of REAL Evaluation starts . I wouldn’t expect anything until coach has had a chance to evaluate .

Kliff is really not all that. Just got lucky with Jaden (pre rib injury). He had his shot as a HC. Needs to prove for several seasons that he can be a good OC.

Kliff also had a couple of bad games recently. Sub-30 point outcomes.

Just give him a pass. Bill or Deion are way better.

You wouldn't like Kliff. He said Texas Tech was in a boring town. He needs to keep shoveling coal in Washington as punishment.
