I saw this video was 51 minutes long and thought I wouldn't watch all of it. I watched all of it. Jimmy is a fascinating guy, and I'm grateful for what he did for the Cowboys.

For those who keep blaming Jerry for firing Jimmy, once again Jimmy said he wanted to leave. He said he wasn’t happy. It was Jimmy who rocked the boat and wanted out.

I blame Jerry for never letting another head coach have the power to hire and fire. That remains a huge problem that Jerry can change but obviously won't. Post season wins are not as big a priority as Jerry feeling "comfortable" with the head coach (no big personalities allowed). That's why it's fools gold to think a big name coach can take over the reigns and win here. How? The new hc gets no power at all. Lather, rinse, repeat.
