388 yds on 86 carries 4.5 yds per carry. And that is only after 4 games while everyone ahead of him has 5. Mystifies me that an O line thathas so much trouble pass blocking seems to have figured out the run blocking. Exactly opposite of what it was early last season. Frank Gore leads the NFL with 465 yds- BUT he already has LOST 4 fumbles.

A good RB makes your OL better.

A bad QB makes it worse.

Maybe the QB has something to do with that.

Truth is: our O-Line isn't that bad. Bledsoe does NOT make quick reads....

I love moral victories.

I also love Bill getting away from what was working. You could have put a bulemic monkey under those head phones, and I have a feeling he would have noticed the run game was on, and Bledsoe was off.

Or he might have thrown up bananas. It's a tough trade-off.

They got to Bledsoe even when they were ONLY RUSHING 3 MEN. And that happened REAL fast- he had not even set up when he got hit. Trying to blame Bledsoe on all of this is just plain stupid. YES he certainly played bad BUT so did the O line. Flo got eaten up- and there was consistent pressure up the middle.

I wish JJ could figure out how to pick up a blitz, and actually block them.

JJ is running with good vision, power and explosiveness. It also doesn't hurt to be facing more 7 man fronts this season. Barring injury, he should finish the season around 1400 yds.

Run blocking is easier. And you'll see far fewer run blitzes.

That is because it takes him 10 minutes to setup. The guy is a liability to our game now.
