He muffed the ball, but knew the rules. A muffed catch is not possession, so he tried to down it back in the endzone. Once he saw the defender was too close he just cover the ball.

Drops happen. But he still should not be returning kicks from the endzone.

He gave us poor field position multiple times last season by running out of the endzone when he shouldn't. Now he's doing it again. Seattle almost recovered the kick that ended up on the 1 yard line. I wish they'd just use a different returner because his judgment is terrible.

Because he is running them out from as deep as 6-8 yds when if you sit on it you get it at the 25 no questions asked. Pretty simple

This is why we are mired in mediocrity. This guy has been atrocious on kick-offs and yet we are going to keep trotting him out there and we refuse to utilize him in the actual run game where he was actually effective.

Yeah, let's not change the fact we overpay Crawford, or Lawrence, let's not change Williams from being a guard, let's not change the guys blocking for punts, let's not change the lack of competition at punter, let's not change play calling like throwing crossing routes dak can't hit, throwing scteens to Zeke he can't catch, let's not change the routes the wr runs a little deeper so he's at 10 yards when he needs ten yards instead of running them too shallow! Lol. Let's not change our losing ways! Let's continue with bad he plans, and playing players out of position or defense's meant for different personnel. Let's just suck.
