Josh Downs Having a Nice Rookie Start

He was certainly one of my favorite receivers this year, and just pulled off a 125 yard game last week. Over 400 on the season.

Not bad for a rookie.

He could have really been what the Dr. ordered for this offense.

That's not a fluke. Downs is a player. At times, I couldn't make up my mind if he was on the same level as Flowers. Because Downs is so smooth, you don't see it becuase it's not flash. But the guy can play. If you know about the passing game.

Downs was even a 30 visit..I'm not complaining about Schoonmaker. I like Ferguson. And we need Schoon bc Hendershot is out.

I'll take the L on this one. I red-flagged Downs because of marginal height/weight/speed, but it's already clear that he will be a starting slot in the league for years.
