...for Sunday night that is, because this ESPN crew is so transparent and consistent in that they pick one player for each game and heap praise on him ad nauseum. They all agree with each other and all act like the guy selected for that game is the second coming of Lawrence Taylor/Jim Rice/Jim Brown/or Joe Montana. This week it was Kyle Boller. Nearly every time I watch a Sunday Night game they have one designated guy they cant stop talking about. With Jones apparently healed now and the Rams having the 2nd worst run defense in the league look for these guys to go on and on and on about how great he is. I would suggest the Jones family videotape and keep this one.

Your right. Every game they pick someone from each team to rave about all night. I bet they brag about larry allen all night as well, just not as much as madden does.

Nah, they'll probably pick Jeff Wilkins- they hate Dallas.

They were all about him last year against the giants. They even compared him to barry sanders. I think he had about 150 yards that game.

Joey T will blow hard about JJ being an Irish alum. God he's so annoying.

Why would anybody keep the volume up on a Sunday Night Game? Its unbearable to listen to those jokers.

At times I like listening to them because they are so stupid. You ever notice how everyone they talk about is "the nicest guy you will ever meet", or this guy is "a really special person."

Lets hope that Jones goes for 250 and 2 TDs and Barber adds another 80-100 and another TD just for good measure.

Nah, they will just find ways to talk about Favre, like they did last night when Brad Johnson took over with two minutes to go. Maguire said that Johnson was like Favre in that he just looks to move the chains. Favre had nothing to do with the game, but he had to be mentioned. Since it could be Favre's last game on Sunday, Maguire will insist on mentioning him.
