Kansas State...

I don't think I've ever seen a team have every bad thing imaginable happen to them in one game until tonight. Holy crap.

Losing your starting QB and having a back up come in and look like Bledsoe...and you still score 42...****...at least Texas still makes the BCS.

Tough loss to say the least...It was amazing to see the Texas sideline deflate as Colt went down.

I am sure HH will agree with me here, when you have a 270lb runningback...you use him on the goal line stead of the QB sneak.

They will only make the BCS if they beat A&M then Nebraska in the Big 12 championship.

If Colt is able to play, Texas is still favored. The dropped 42 with a QB who looked lost and KILLED themselves with penalties and turnovers.

Now, they have one damn goal and must step up.

Thats why they play the games though and don't hand out the trophies in September.

:cry2: cry cry

Where's that "Texas" pride?

Lose with your chest out, not with excuses, because EVERYONE sees through that punk *** SHT. .

WOW

That is all

geeze.

i wasn't THAT surprised that a and m lost again.

but that was just me. :laugh2:

in all seriousness...unfortunate night, but for my money, nothing to hang their heads about considering they lost their general.

tough way to end your title hopes, but when you just won one, it's tough to be too upset.

Well all I have to say is the Horns had a great run. The turnovers & blocked kick was their downfall. Backup QB putting 35 on the board....not bad.

Have you seen small Henry play this year? The guy sucks. He's 270 lbs, but plays like he's 170. He hasn't been the goalline RB almost the whole season, not sure why they'd start then. He got his last shot at the job against Okie State and then fumbled away his job as a runningback. You're now looking at the next Texas DE.

Colt going down was huge. Snead played horrible.

For a true freshman that's been disrespected all year and never given any playing time (even in blowouts), was thrust into the game after an injury to the starter, and had WRs/RBs with butter-fingers, I thought he played great. He had some overthron passes, but that's to be expected froma true freshman finally getting the oppertunity to play and adjust to the higher level of play.

Colt couldn't have made that TD pass to Limas Sweed at the end of the game. Colt's a great efficiency QB, but he doesn't have that kind of arm strength. That was just a highlight of what Jevan could do if given time to grow and develop.

Colt going down was huge because he's by far the leader of this team, but when your true freshman QB leads the team to 35 points as well as eclipsing a 20pt defecit, your team should win the game.

I am even more pissed now after watching the game on DVR.

Selvin Young actually crossed the goal line 2 ****ing times on that series...good ole Big XII officials.

Longhorns will be fine. No chance of a repeat this year, but if they beat A&M and Nebraska like they should , then they will still have a nice BCS game.

Colt McCoy is the real deal.
