Kelvin Joseph is one of the best ST players we've had in a good while. I know many people don't like him, and that he hasn't panned out at CB like we'd hoped. But he's a missile on special teams and I was glad to see him finally make a big play. His hustle in 2022 was critical on special teams and field position throughout the year. He wasn't the only one out there, of course, but he did his job well. Bones took responsibility for the penalties he drew during the regular season. Regardless of who was at fault, Joseph made up for it in spades during the playoffs.

I would actually like to see what Kelvin Joseph can do as a kick off returner.

Another guy I was happy with in the playoffs was Doron Bland. For a corner back, he laid the wood so hard a few times in the playoffs. I really like his willingness to tackle, and he's not bad in coverage. When we drafted him, I looked at him and thought he reminded me more of a safety. And I argue he would be a phenomenal safety, but I'm very glad to have acquired him in the draft this year.

Will miss Anthony Brown (I wouldn't be interested in re-signing him after his injury), but I think Bland turns out to be a Pro Bowl player, and could emerge into CB in in the next couple of years, possibly even surpassing Diggs. One thing I'm excited about for next year is how our secondary is starting to shape up.

Lol now bland is passing diggs. Same dude who let Kittle catch a big pass on him. I can see Wilson getting ate up by kittle, he's a safety. Your corner shouldn't let a tight end beat him for a big gain. He has to show he can fight off a sophomore slump before we talk about him surpassing a top cb in the NFL smh

That was a good heads up play at an important point in the game. It should have been a game changers. I have criticized Joseph for some stupid plays but that one was a smart play. I would not give up on him yet. Maybe he grows up in the offseason and comes back dedicated to playing better. No point in just cutting him now. See what he brings in the offseason. If he still doesn;t get it after another camp then letting him go might be the best for the Cowboys and Joseph.
