Former Cowboys Kelvin Joseph was arrested and charged in fatal crash

I don't think Kelvin Joseph is good enough to make a comeback see the thing with comebacks like Michael Vick you got to have to be really good to do so plaxico Buress, definitely was good enough to come back,

henry Ruggs believe it or not he might be able to at least get one more chance but Joseph already slipped into the UFL he's done he's cooked ,

it's over nobody's going to give a guy that really can't play a second chance..
He’s going to jail

It happens you do realize these players are pulled out of a pool of society humans lots of humans make mistakes by the way it's not that their ex cowboys they also played for other teams matter of fact pac man's an ex Bengal Hardee's an X 49er to be honest they were there more than they were here hell Hardy played longer at I believe carolina then he did here so everyone always with the ex cowboy garbage look they're just players that made mistakes big mistakes...

For all over other teams they're all over other sports I mean if you look at Rashee Rice last year , Burress, that's all he got I mean, I've been seeing a lot of X Kansas City chiefs getting rested getting in trouble it happens it is life humans are to error..

I mean not there guys like Aaron Hernandez that had done far worse things and I know they're both desperate what he did was intentional guys like OJ and I realized it was after he played but technically he was Brown I mean he got away with murder and then turn around and still goes to prison with some assaults...Kellen Winslow for muliple assualts and rapes,

This is what Kelvin Joseph probably has coming it's pretty close proximity to what happened so three years and up for parole will the league allow Henry Ruggs to be back in it I don't know but he wasn't an ex Dallas Cowboy I can tell you that...

'Henry Ruggs III, a former NFL player, was arrested and later sentenced to prison for his role in a fatal DUI crash. In November 2021, he was driving drunk at high speeds when he collided with another vehicle, resulting in the deaths of the driver and her dog. He was sentenced to a minimum of three years and a maximum of ten years in prison. '

It's sad for the victims and sometimes yes, it's sad for the player the person they're people making big mistakes.. With some of these crimes have been accidents at least they didn't have a intent like when you're have intent and you plan a murder or you plan a rape and an assault it's far worse so as bad as this is it sucks that it happens....

It gets old talking about though what is the need to have to talk about other people's problems has nothing to do with football and truly it has nothing to do with the Cowboys these people have been more than one team removed and more than 1 year removed from being a Dallas cowboy if they were still with the Cowboys it'd be something we'd be talking about right now but it's not and it shouldn't be not in the main area that we're supposed to be discussing dallas cowboy content only this is not Dallas Cowboy content you're trying to make it that way but it's not...
There are mistakes and there are criminal patterns.

Their actions affect football. In some cases it affects availability and team focus. In other cases, such as the retired it affects perception of a team or the entire league.

The players "represent" their communities and it would be ridiculous to assume that they get paid hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars simply to play with a weird shaped rubber ball.

Former Cowboys cornerback Kelvin Joseph called police and admitted to being involved in the crash, officials said.

DALLAS — Former Dallas Cowboys cornerback Kelvin Joseph drove nearly three miles from the scene of a fatal crash with a motorcycle on U.S. 75, then waited almost an hour before calling 911, according to an affidavit.

Police were called to the scene of the crash involving a BMW and a motorcycle on U.S. 75 in Richardson shortly before 5 a.m. Saturday, officials said. The driver, Cody Morris, 27, was pronounced dead at the scene, and there was no one else around when officers arrived, police said.

I mean he's also played for several other teams including my DC defenders
At minimum, the article could have been correctly titled:

Former Cowboys, Dolphins, Seahawks, Colts cornerback drove nearly 3 miles from scene of fatal crash on U.S. 75 before stopping, per court document

or

Former NFL cornerback drove nearly 3 miles from scene of fatal crash on U.S. 75 before stopping, per court document

but neither meets the modern-day requirement for reporting, which is sensationalism first and accuracy second.

What he did was bad but it is not uncommon I hear about things like that once a month on the news in my area. Some people are in total shock and pretty much shut down. He probably got some advice that he listened to.

We're talking about Joseph, damn him!!! Condolences to those that lost their lives and family members! Sucks to say Joseph was never going to have a good NFL career

WFAA is a local Dallas news outlet. Of course they are going make reference to info that’s broadly pertinent/topical to their listeners (ie. former Dallas Cowboys).

Stop being a tenderheart and think it through.

lol @ 'tenderheart'.

I referred to the article's title. The body of the article states 'Former Dallas Cowboys cornerback Kelvin Joseph'. That is the direct tie-in by a local news agency with their local audience. An accurate title would not interfere with the information being delivered for public consumption.

He plays for another team. I never saw how being a passenger in a car where someone else shot someone made him guilty. For being a passenger in the car.

What exactly did he do? Other than being in the car? Nobody could ever tell me what he did to the victim other than being there. There was a fight, but Joseph didn't pull the trigger.

I like how you easily draw conclusions from not much evidence. And you sound like a whiner.
There’s been players suspended for much less. There’s no way you could convince me that he didn’t know they were going back to shoot at the victim.

Why are you treating the title differently from the content?

Of course the title is going to contain info that’s pertinent to their primary listeners (ie. former Dallas Cowboys player). If you look at the related national outlets they reference “former NFL defensive back…”

The only reason you’re taking umbrage to it is because you think it was purposely written to reflect negatively on the team.
