Stopping the run starts at DT. But it doesn’t matter because we suck at both spots.

Damone Clark played half the game. He is not slow.

It takes all 11 on defense to stop the run. Sure the front 6-7 are very important but sure tackling safeties and corners are super important too.

We definitely have had a problem stopping the run for far too long around here. But this defense is still top shelf. Today was not a stellar day for them in some respects but in todays NFL you’re not going dominate defensively for 17 games. Just not going to happen.

If we’re talking about trade help, I’m hoping we bring in some more help at DL, LB, and maybe a corner. OL could use more depth. WR? It should not be at the top of our need list IMO.

Bingo……but many on here think LVE is outstanding. Just inscrutable. We need to trade LVE and trade for a fast run stuffing linebacker. We are going nowhere fast with is LB crew. Thanks for noticing!!!!!
