draft grades are directional indicators of potential success based on predraft measureables and rankings - thats it.
Showing a good draft grade simply means the team picked players that have a good value based on their predraft rankings vs their coresponding pick in the draft, in addition to a team addressing needs.
There is correlation to success and I would much rather warrent a higher grade than a lower grade, but i dont want to become the browns and win our superbowl (the draft) in April just to suck in November.
