Denver Broncos RB Knowshon Moreno (undisclosed) was carted off of the field Sunday, Aug. 1, with what appears to be an injury to his right knee or ankle, reports Mike Klis, of The Denver Post. He had to be assisted off of the cart by members of the team's training staff.

I love Choice, but I would trade him for a 2 and a 4.

yeah that sux for him...loved Moreno at UGA...very similar style to Barber, but probably quicker and more pure RB skill.

No way. He has low mileage and has done nothing but produce when he's been the feature back. I'd want more than a 2nd and 4th. Maybe not a 1st, but more than a 2nd and 4th.

a First is too much and a 2nd and 4th is not enough? what is enough? a 2nd and 3rd would probably be worth more than a 1st..

not saying i agree or disagree with what choice is worth, just saying I don't understand how you are evaluating the situation.

I wouldnt trade Choice right now unless the offer was just too good to pass up.

That said, this probably increases their interest in Westbrook, who they've been talking to for awhile.

In reality choice gets u a 3rd in 2011 and 4th in 2012. 1st and 2nd rounds pick are only given for full season proven players...the 3rd and 4th rounds are on potential.

Then again, the Bengals were offering a 1st for TE Bennett.

I wouldn't trade Choice, but I would trade Barber for a 1st. I just don't see Barber with much left and his salary is too freaking high. The risk of going with Felix, Choice, and some rookie, is worth the reward of a 1st rd pick in my book.

2 seconds and a 4th (maybe even a 3rd) gets you a 1st...assuming they are all coming from the same team. 1st round picks are worth a ton.

From what I read over on the Broncos board, Moreno has "minor fraying" in his hamstring and expected recovery time is about 3 weeks.

Not sure where that puts him as far as returning to practice though.

No way I would trade Choice. I doubt Jones and or Barber make it through the season without missing games. We need Choice.

This injury depends ; if it is just the Hamstring muscle and no ligaments where torn about a month for the twinges to go away and since he has a medical staff and a good rehab group it will be about 2 months total to come back strong.

I totally shredded my hamstring muscle I was purple from just above the knee all the way to the bottom part of my arse. Ice, heat stretching and rest for 2 weeks and then ice, heat and stretching for two more weeks.

I had to be drug of the floor so they could finish the test
