Do it for charity and I will watch the NBA again.

All proceeds from "The Decision" that LeBron did went to a charity. Does that count? :D

LeBron was in a movie? Yes, proceeds to charity is always great.

I used to hate Kobe, but he has really grown on me since the Olympics. I'm a Rockets fan first and foremost, but as soon as they are gone I'm a proud member of the Lakers bandwagon (because I live in Portland and love the Kobe hate around here).

He would win easily. Lebron is overrated trash.

:laugh2: this is too funny, stop being so butt hurt that he left you had a man crush on the guy before me made you cry.

Kobe plays great defense and can play with his back to the basket.

Lebron plays average defense and wouldn't know what to do with the ball if he were posted up on the block or in place for a turn around jumper.

If Lebron learns to post up, like MJ and Kobe, then he could go down as the greatest of all time. The mismatches he would create would be deadly.

Until then, I'd go Kobe in one on one. He's got it all. Great defense, great turn around, fade away jumber, great ball skills, etc.

LOL, thanks in part to you, yeah.

And of course Kobe would win, Lebron isn't nearly as good a shooter or as elusive.

Well that's all relative. I promise you Lebron can work with his back to the basket better than a lot of people may think. It's the NBA afterall. There are plenty of guying riding the pine that would school either you or I up and down the court all day.

It would be the greatest One-on-one matchup since:

Kobe would take Lebron behind the wood shed. Can't stand him either, but he has crazy skills.

Ok? So you're point is NBA players would dominate me in basketball? lol good grief man I hope so. What a horrible response.

And no, he's never played with his back to the basket in the league. Maybe high school, but not the NBA. I'm sure he's turned his back a few times, and made some nice passes, but anyone who actually watches the games and knows anything about the sport knows that he is uncomfortable playing with his back to the hoop.

With your little gem about professional basketball players dominating you or me (message board people) pretty much cancels out any hope for you having an intelligent response. lol wow
