Fox even showed a graphic calling it the "Kyle Shanahan Tree". I get they all started under Mike but it was Kyle who is credited with all the motion, jet sweeps, etc.

Cool. It's still Mike's tree.

Everything Kyle does is just built off of Mike's a) run style and b) ideology.

They all came from the Commanders lol, Lafleur, Mcvay and Shanahan were all in house….just to end up with Gruden, Rivera and Quinn lol.

no HC is gonna wanna come in here and inherit Dak as a QB. That’s severely limiting and is going to ruin many coaching tenures. Jason Garrett got the finalized boot when he was fired and had to become an analyst/commentator. MM will follow when he is eventually fired.

Only OC that got a job after Dak’s destroyed their careers was Kellen Moore.

You do realize Dak SAVED Jason Garrets career? Whenever Romo got hurt in the past....the Cowboys folded shop until the next season

Look at his play calling in critical game situations. In addition to his constant poor clock management especially in big games. Shanahan is the new Marty Schottenheimer. Builds up hype in the regular season and then pretty much loses his mind once the games get bigger.

if we are talking about future Head Coaches ill throw out Klint Kubiak, his Dad was a great HC / OC, he's done great things in the last 14 years coach at every level he's been at. i think he could bring in that Offense and we could use Zimm or how ever as a Dcordinator. we have talent just need right scheme and coaches to put it all together.

Like I said Kyle is overrated. Couldn’t even beat an injury riddled Rams team that even full strength. Does not have the overall talent that Kyle has.
