He's 28 years old, and has been in assorted NFL training programs for six offseasons now... he's probably as big as he's ever gonna get... oh, he might be good for another 5 pounds, 10 tops, and that would help him... but he's not gonna ever carry 20 more pounds... he's far more likely to play at this weight for the remainder of his NFL career...

On a semi-unrelated note, I read that Dat Nguyen has dropped 20 pounds since his playing days... usually, retired players get fatter, but not Dat... LOL...

It's only been a year. Right now he's lost muscle, but eventually he will get "Fatter". In fact, technically, I'm sure he is "Fatter" then he was last year (in terms of % body fat).

I believe Dat is going to provide a wonderful example for our LBs to follow. Love that guy.

No, but he once hosted the Grammys and gave every award to Corey Hart.

He also saved a bunch of money on his car insurance!

we need to still draft a guard, nose tackle, safety, WR, and young QB to develop. Unless we can sign someone after the June cuts. Let's face it, every position I named is hard to step in and contribute right away, except safety. Five more weeks or so and we shall see.........

What is sad is that shopping list could have been from each of the last couple of years.
