Last time a Super Bowl was played in Los Angeles

The last time the Super Bowl was played in Los Angeles was almost 30 years ago. The matchup then was the Cowboys and Bills with Michael Jackson playing the halftime show. Everyone wants 90s reboots, I'd love to have that go again. It's just not a 90s reboot without another Cowboys and Bills Super Bowl in Los Angeles.

I'd love a hologramed Michael Jackson (having never seen him in concert, but I like his music) for part of the halftime show. A little Smooth Criminal, Thriller, Billie Jean, and Beat It would be a nice halftime show.
