Here are two guys to watch.
From SI: Redd, who began his college career at Virginia before transferring to
Liberty, turned in a workout for the ages. He measured 6-6, weighed in
at 263 and then turned in forty times that ranged in the mid-4.5 area,
with some stopwatches reading 4.48. He also posted a 39-inch vertical
jump and 9-foot-10 broad jump.
He played OLB at UVA and a little DE.
Nate Lyles, SS, Virginia, was a a WOW hitter at Virginia. He had a scare in '06 when he took a hit to the head and couldn't move for a few minutes. But he's a player, and if he's healthy he'd be a superb FA pickup. He's 6-0, 205, ran 4.46 at the pro day and had a vertical of 36".
