I still can't see how this guy got to the 5th Round (pick 160) in the draft.
He's having a great Preseason.
I was hoping he was on our radar but I guess I was wrong.
I took him in the 3rd round in our mock draft when I was representing Atlanta.
His college production was up there with DJ and is a class act from what I've heard.

This pick will haunt me throughout his career but I wish him well.

I remember how huge of a terror he was at Southern Miss... I'm pretty sure he was a 99 overall in NCAA '05, too... I wouldn't say passing over him is 'haunting' me though. Passing on Lofa Tatupu is, though...

I guess the knock on Boley was his lack of size but I think that's exactly what makes him lethal... speed.

Look at his 03, 04 and 05 stats.

142, 151 and 125 tackles
16, 22.5 and 20 tackles for loss
8, 11 and 9 sacks
1, 0 and 2 INTs

I remember reading that he does a lot of community work, also.
Oh well, water under the bridge.

I'll take Kevin Burnett over Tatupu and Boley (although, I agree that Boley was underrated in the draft)

yeah, I really like Boley too, the only thing, well, the only 2 things that will keep me from regretting passing him over is Ware and Burnett, who we took before, and deservedly so, they are going to go on to have some fine careers too...
