It's easy to blame Dak but look at this.
WR's jogging routes, taking plays off, throwing hands up in the middle of the play instead of just running a route, bad blocking and etc.
The offensive RZ struggles isn't all just Dak. If I was the coach guys giving crappy effort would know about it. I would circle them every play and bring it up during the next team meeting and there would be consequences for a lack of effort. I rather have someone make a mistake then show no effort. \
That goes for offense, defense and special teams. (I am looking at you Kearse whom effort on defense was terrible also.)
