I'm not talking about how the Giants should have just kneed so the field goal would be the last play. I'm referring to after the Giants scored the GW TD.
The Giants scored the go-ahead TD to put them up 20-16 with about 1:30 to play.
Does anyone else agree with me that they should have gone for 2?
With the XP, it was 21-16. With the 2 pt converstion, it would have been 22-16.
At least at 22-16, the Giants would have the chance to block the XP if the Bears scored the TD, making the score 22-22. Even if the Giants miss the 2 pt conversion, they're still up by 4 points. What's the difference between 4 points or 5 points at that point in the game?
