Liddell fight changed

So I was at UFC.com earlier and I saw that Liddell is now fighting Rich Franklin in June instead of Tito Ortiz and from all the links I've looked up all I can find out is that something happens on this season of TUF that causes the switch to be made.

Does anyone happen to have any info on this? Has any MMA fans heard, or read, anything that would indicate why they've changed the fight? Is Tito hurt? Did he back out? Did he get pulled cause of something stupid he did or said?

Just curious if anyone has heard anything.

The interview I saw with Dana White on Jim Rome's show indicated something happened on the reality show. Since it's a reality show, no one can talk about what happens or they can get sued. So I doubt we're going to know what actually happens till the show airs.

I figured that was going to be the case. I guess I'll just have to wait and see and watch each week to see when it comes out and what happens. I'm interested in seeing if it's cause of an injury of Tito does something that gets him into trouble and thus removed from the fight.

I saw a preview for the next Ultimate Fighter episode and it shows Tito hitting this obviously fake break-away door and storming out.

I don't know if that has anything to do with it, but it looked fake.

last I knew was Tito was going through a lot of stuff outside of mma. I heard he just recently broke up with his wife(Jenna Jameson) and she lost the twins she was gonna give birth too.

Tito was all over Coleman for pulling out of their fight because Coleman hurt his knee while training. Now Tito is pulling out of his fight with Lidell because....he's got the flu.

Actually from what I've read she lost what would have been their 3rd child together but I have not seen a single thing to indicate that they've broken up.

Although I don't really keep up with that. But from that link below here as well they talked about him having to leave the show to be hospitalized for some sort of illness that he's calling the flu but also that he's supposedly got a really bad shoulder injury.

We'll have to see what happens on the show but I've got a feeling after it's over there will be more to the story than even what they show on the show.

I think the UFC needs to find new stars. Tito, Lidell, Franklin etc. theyre just old and slow, they may still sell to the masses but eventually you got to have some new talent down the line. Thats why I really would have given Bones Jones the Anderson Silva fight. Hes the next big thing
