It was consensual sex, it was not date rape. It is funny though, she just meets the guy, then goes somewhere to have sex with him because he allegedly wants a long term relationship. Then she is choked when she finds out he isn't jewish so claims no consent. Total crap.

I didn't read the article and was just making assumptions. Sucks for him! That's what you get when you want a long term relationship and have sex with the girl on the first date.
