Mods-I figured this would be okay in here for a while. Feel free to move.
I hope you don't mind me sharing a personal story from today (Somewhat Dallas related).
My father in law bought my 5 year old son a set of golf clubs for Christmas. With the beuatiful weather we are having here in southwestern ontario, I decided today was the day for the three of us to hit the driving range and teach my son the game.
Before we left, I explained the basic etiquette (dress, basic rules etc) of golf to my son. So, I decided to wear my Cowboys golf shift and my Dallas ball cap. My son also put on a collared shirt and his matching Dallas cap (He is a huge Cowboys fan in the making). So we arrive at the driving range and proceed to go in to the shop to pay for our balls. The men inside comment on how sharp my son looks for his first time on the range. After some pleaant chit chat, I pay for the balls and the man is even kind enough to give my son an extra bucket of balls.
He then proceeds to have the following conversation with my 5 year old:
Man: Are you going to learn to play golf with your Daddy?
CBZ jr: Yup.
Man: Which club are you going to try first?
CBZ jr: The big one.
Man: Do you like golf?
CBZ jr: Yes
Man: Who is your favourite player?
CBZ jr: Tony Romo.
Me:
We watched Romo recently play in one of the pro ams on TV.
