If you are a fan of the Eagles you need to get this CD set. As good as anything they ever put out in their glory days. Great musicians, great harmony together, and good lyrics. I'm hearing it for the first time today at work and I already want it.

They put out some real GREAT MEGA hits back in the day.... hard to top that...


Few bands accomplish that - one band that comes to mind is Aerosmith - better music later than earlier or atleast comparable.

Have had it since Christmas,and agree it's that good...But then again,a lot of their stuff is that good!

My dad used to be a pretty big fan of the eagles, thus i became a fan of the eagles. I love alot of there songs, and think they are a great band. Once we heard they had a new album out i was a little excited and had my dad sit down and we went through each song on youtube. I felt bad for him knowing he didnt like one of the new songs. And i only like to busy being fabulous from cmt. There just not the same to me, and i know i wish they never came out with another cd.

I had it within a coupla days of it coming out... the one CD, with mostly the love songs on it, is kinda repetitive, not real interesting... but the second disc, the one with the title track on it, is quite impressive...

You are right about the musicianship on the CD, but the Eagles have always been brilliant musicians...

You are right about the musicianship on the CD, but the Eagles have always been brilliant musicians...

So they havent suffered from "Metallicaism" - thats good.
Mettalica cleaned up their act and now their music blows chunks.
