Sometimes I get bored and I will go on Google Play and make a silly review for a book or movie.
I like reading some WWII books by Ken Follett
One of the books was Eye of the Needle. Some may have seen the movie where Donald Sutherland played a **** Spy
I Gave it a 1 star rating and wrote...
Did not help at all I bought this as I was interested in doing some needle point of WWII patches and insignia of axis and allies uniforms as a new hobby. I found nothing in this book that would help me in my endeavors. Very Disappointing.
=====
Another one of his books called Hornet Flight. A teenage danish boy finds out the ***** have a radar station so he has to get away to tell someone so he uses an old hornet moth plane that was hidden away in a barn to get out and get the word out.
My review....
I would have given this a five star rating if they would have escaped in a submarine. But if that had happened he would had to change the title from Hornet Flight (after the hornet Moth airplane) to something like the Catshark Swim ( after a WWII US Gato Class Submarine). But after thinking about it, maybe it is better the way he wrote it. After all it would be hard to hide a submarine in an abandoned church without the ***** finding it and it would have been hard to find enough fuel to run the submarine. So I think I will give it five stars in the end.
