Well this sucks. I didn't know she was sick. I was hoping if they get that Night Court revival off the ground somehow she would at least get a guest spot. RIP

She was not only beautiful, but a great sport, comedically. She wasn't afraid to be the butt of a joke or be part of a raunchy one, like the "frank and beans" scene in There's Something About Mary.

Rest in peace, beautiful lady.

28 seconds do not do her justice but it is a nice reflection of her.

Some person on twitter named Robot Head said, "She was the look of the 80's."

That feels absolutely true to me thinking back.

You were married but I would prefer to say rest in peace Ms. Post.

i remember her mostly from the TV comedy show Night Court, which she was one of the front running characters.
So Sad to hear about her lost battle with cancer.
And that makes two of the show's most notable characters that have passed away in this year alone. (actor Charlie Robinson being other deceased)

Post was determined to keep pursuing acting as “a side job”, even as she got sick. Between chemo treatments, she worked on projects such as Lifetime Christmas movie Four Christmases and a Wedding and ABC series The Kids Are Alright.

“But for us, our pride is in who she was in addition to acting; a person who made elaborate cakes for friends, sewed curtains for first apartments and showed us how to be kind, loving and forgiving in an often harsh world,” her family said in a statement.

Damn you cancer!
