From his demeanor in interviews since the draft, and reviews of his efforts in OTAs and TC, I believe the rookie will be determined in his rehabilitation to regain form - even while having to watch his team possibly make a deep playoff run without him.

And by the way...what a full name 'OV' has:

I think Bell can be a good player and I have no doubt that initially seen a role for him

If DQ has been grooming Bell for the role since signing him, why waste a high draft pick on Overshown to fill that role.

Yes but if the coaches liked bell more than O then bell would have been higher on the depth chart. Bell may be fine but over shown had the potential to be great.

I like this kid but I don't think he has the size to really replace Overshown. Overshown is listed at 230 lbs. Bell is listed at 205. Good safety depth but we are thin at LB.

I think this coaching staff had big things planned for Overshown. Big loss for the team.
