LIBERTY COUNTY, Texas -- Dozens of bodies have been found on a property in Liberty County, officials said Tuesday.

The Liberty County Sheriff's Office said 25 to 30 bodies were discovered outside a home at the intersection of County Roads 2049 and 2048 between Hardin and Daisetta.
Investigators said someone told them about the location, but they did not elaborate.
The FBI was called in to assist the investigation.

This is messed up.

Bad time to have a Dexter pic under user name?

Nah man, Dexter is exactly what is needed in this case.

He didn't kill kids.......but he would kill the twister POS responsible for these dead kids.

How old is the grave? I would think under the current way news gets around that this must have more than a few decades ago.

Well, this is strange...

They updated the original article..

LIBERTY COUNTY, Texas -- Liberty County officials said Tuesday evening they found nothing after a tip from a psychic that dozens of bodies were in a rural area.

The Liberty County Sheriff's Office initially said 25 to 30 bodies were reported on a property at the intersection of County Roads 2049 and 2048 between Hardin and Daisetta.
Liberty County Judge Craig McNair told KPRC Local 2 that someone claiming to be a psychic sent them to the house.

hmmm...so is there or isn't there a grave?

Maybe they're saying now there wasn't cause they're trying to flush the killer out? I don't know much about that junk, obviously, but I've always read that one of the things about serial killers is that they don't like to have their trophies, or whatever, messed with or taken away.

Maybe they're thinking by saying there was nothing there they could flush them out?

Of course it's more likely that there was nothing there at all and the fact that they were listening to a psychic is where the root of their problem is anyway.

Maybe the detectives are working the media, trying to find the killer this way through his egotistical needs.

You see it in contemporary lit crime novels.

Reminiscent of Elmer Wayne Henley from my youth...

Back then we had three channels so it was all the news...

Sad...

They must have the Dallas Sports media on the case with this kinda reporting.

Nah. It would have been worse if it had been that bunch of mediots.

Looks like the media went to the Mr. Blue Suit School for Half Arsed Journalism.

So, some psychic can say whatever and the cops can get a search warrant based on some idiot psychic ramblings? That is messed up.

Sounds to me like someone had a grudge and was hoping the cops would find something. They knew they went to the wrong house and called back because they where watching. Which means they knew about the blood from the person that cut themselves.

I'd never heard of him, so I googled it... What a messed up story. Though at least he shot Corll, who sounded even worse.

Sick stuff. No wonder that was all over the news.
