There are usually around 15-19 first round grades so this lines up. He lists 3 OTs - the usuals from most rankings. The top 3 QBs at the top. A couple of CBs.

None are likely to fall to 24.

On a normal basis by 24 whoever left is not a first rd talent; and if he is there are red flags of some kind
That is why a lot of the time its worthwhile to trade down and get more picks if you can. Most of the time the meat of any draft is early second to mid fourth.

This draft I do not see many real difference makers but more very good players that will do well for you so maybe near 20 first rd picks
